Native Agriculture Financial Services is hosting a What-to-Know webinar on the topic of Bankruptcy. The webinar will provide an overview of bankruptcy under chapters 7, 11, and 12. Additionally, we will look at alternatives to bankruptcy that may be available to producers experiencing financial stress on their operation. Discussion will cover doing nothing, changing the operation, debt/credit counseling services, voluntary debt restructuring (“workouts”), and partial or total liquidation.
